Each member of the PRISM Technical Support Team is assigned a designated day for answering phones each week between the hours of 8AM-5PM. They are responsible for:
- Prism Support
- FedConnect Support backup coverage (8AM-11AM and FC lunch hour coverage 3PM-4PM Eastern and any overflow)
