This article describes the fixes made in this release for the Office of Naval Research (ONR) BAA cover page.


FED-648 (Missing BAA Cover Page Error Message and URL Updates)


Summary and Resolution

The ONR recently transitioned to the NRE cloud, which changed the location of the URL where they store the BAA Cover Page PDF. This necessitated a change to the associated URL and error message that displays when a valid cover page is not uploaded in a BAA response in FedConnect.


This issue is resolved, and now the error message and URL look like this:


For BAA responses to ONR, a Cover Page provided by ONR must be included. The Cover Page file may be found at: https://www.nre.navy.mil/media/document/onr-baa-cover-page.


Prerequisites

A BAA solicitation has been posted to FedConnect


Steps to Recreate

  1. Sign in to FedConnect as a vendor.
  2. Access the BAA solicitation from the prerequisites.
  3. If necessary, join the Response Team. The Message Center and Responses section should display on the page.
  4. Create a response; do not upload a cover page attachment.
  5. On the Complete page, click Submit Response to Agency.

The error message displays and it contains the updated link, as follows:

FED-675 (Expired BAA Cover Page Error Message and URL Update)


Summary and Resolution

The ONR error and URL for cover pages that are expired (not the latest version) needed to be updated in FedConnect.


This issue is resolved, and now if the user attempts to upload an expired version of the ONR BAA Cover Page PDF, the following error message and URL display:


You are not using the most recent version of the BAA Cover Page Form. Please download the most recent version of the form at: https://www.nre.navy.mil/media/document/onr-baa-cover-page.


Prerequisites

Steps to Recreate

  1. Sign in to FedConnect as a vendor.
  2. Access the BAA solicitation from the prerequisites.
  3. Join the Response Team.
  4. Create a response.
  5. Navigate to the Attachments page.
  6. Upload an expired version of the ONR BAA Cover Page PDF file.
  7. On the Complete page click Submit Response to Agency.
