FED-645 (Updated FedConnect Outgoing Email for Improved Efficiency)
Summary and Resolution
In this release we made a change to the way FedConnect sends outgoing email messages. Before this fix, FedConnect opened a new connection for each email it sent out. It now sends the emails in batches, as this is a more efficient method.
