My Opportunities Page Failed to Open
Summary and Resolution
When the user clicked the My Opportunities tab, the My Opportunities page never loaded, and the system just paused there. After that, if the user clicked other tabs or links, none of them worked. The user had to close the current browser session, reopen his or her browser, and then start a new session in FedConnect. However, if the logged-in user first clicked All Opportunities or Directed Opportunities, then those pages successfully displayed.
This issue is resolved, and now when you click the My Opportunities tab, the My Opportunities page successfully displays.
Steps to Recreate
- Sign in to FedConnect.
- Click My Opportunities.
The My Opportunities page successfully displays.
