FED-393 (My Opportunities Page Did Not Display)
Summary and Resolution
When the user clicked the My Opportunities tab, the My Opportunities page never loaded and the page loading icon continued to spin. After that, when the user attempted to click other tabs or links, nothing worked. Thus, the user had to close the browser window and start a new FedConnect session.
Investigation revealed that the problem occurred when a UEI value was present for the vendor record in FedConnect.
This issue is resolved, and now when you click the My Opportunities tab, the My Opportunities page successfully loads in a reasonable amount of time.
Steps to Recreate
- Sign in to FedConnect.
- Click My Opportunities.
