Using Advanced Search Without Logging In Caused Application Error

Users reported that when attempting to use the advanced search option prior to logging in, an application error occurred. Now, you may use the advanced search feature when searching for public opportunities prior to logging in to FedConnect.
Steps to Recreate
- Navigate to the FedConnect home page.
- Click Search Public Opportunities Only.
- Click the Advanced Options link.
- Enter a date range for the Response due date fields (or other advanced options field).
- Click Search.
