We are very pleased to announce that we have updated FedConnect to use a new customer support feature called WalkMe. The system now provides automated assistance to help you navigate through FedConnect with a series of step-by-step instructions. It also provides helpful reminders and adds additional context called "Smart Tips" throughout the system. To use WalkMe with FedConnect, click the blue circle icon that contains a question mark in the bottom-right corner of most FedConnect pages:
When you click the icon, you can search through various "Smart Walkthroughs" that provide instructions for various tasks in the system like uploading an attachment or sending a message. There is also a search feature that accesses this support portal and looks up helpful articles based on your search criteria.
