The following information only applies if your organization does not use FedConnect Single Sign On (SSO).


If you currently are registered with FedConnect and you are unable to login to your account, you may need to reset your password for FedConnect. To do so, please navigate to the below link:


https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/PublicPages/LogIn.aspx 


Once on the login page, enter your email address that is registered with your FedConnect account and then click the Sign In Button.

If your organization does not use Single Sign On (SSO), the next page will have a Password field and a "Forgot your password? Click here." link. Click the link to reset your password.

A temporary password will be generated and sent to your email address on file. The temporary password is valid for twelve (12) hours. If you do not receive an email with a temporary password within two hours, please verify that it has not been blocked by your SPAM filter.
